内容摘要:
Our aim in these lectures is to discuss models in phase transition (an example is the melting of ice). We will concentrate on the phase-field system proposed by Caginalp and some of its variants. We will discuss the modeling and the mathematical analysis: well-posedness, regularity of solutions and existence of finite-dimensional attractors. We will consider both the cases of regular and logarithmic nonlinear terms.
