主讲人简介：张凯军，东北师范大学学士，北京大学硕士，中国科学院数学研究所与法国国家科学中心联合培养数学博士。奥地利维也纳大学数学博士后。东北师范大学教授，博士生导师，应用数学研究所所长。全国优秀博士学位论文提名论文导师，国家科学技术奖评审专家。应邀访问美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、法国、德国、奥地利和香港的一些大学与科研机构。首届明德师范教师奖获得者。

内容摘要：In this tlak I will first introduce some physical background on the semiconductor hydrodynamic models. Then some related results to the stability of steay state solutions and asymptotic limits of the hydrodynamiv model as well as the hierarchy of the hydrodynamic models also are presented. Finally the classification problem of the stationary solutions to a  simplified one dimensional hydrodynamic model with sonic boundary is discussed.
