费为银，博士，教授，安徽工程大学数理学院院长。中国工程概率统计学会常务理事，中国运筹学会智能计算分会副理事长，中国运筹学会不确定系统分会常务理事，安徽省数学会常务理事。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部科学技术研究重点项目、安徽省自然科学基金等多项，发表论文100多篇。

In this talk we consider neutral nonlinear stochastic differential systems with superlinear growth coefficients and use Lyapunov functions to study the boundedness and exponential asymptotic stability of solution.
